Please be sure to make sure of your sizing and style when ordering as we cannot offer returns or refunds.
We looked into having a 24/7 store, but the amount of money it would cost you for an item was just too high and we didn't feel comfortable with that. Our goal is to have the Online Store open a couple of times per year.
No. This is part of the cost savings. All orders will be sent to HTC and then our staff will divide it all up and have it ready for you at a Sunday Service. When we have the orders ready you will be notified - Pick-up notifications will be on our website, posted on our Group Facebook page and of course included in announcements. Plus we will send out an email notification to everyone that has ordered letting you know your new HTC Merch is ready to be picked up.
Even though all orders will shipped directly to HTC, we still need your address for the order. Your order will be picked up at High Tide Church, 28000 Nine Foot Road and NOT shipped to your home. We will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up!
Online ordering is through a payment card only: Debit Card, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. We cannot accept checks or cash for online orders.
We know everyone wants to get their HTC merch ASAP! Ordering windows will run for 10 days. Once that closes, the entire order will be sent to our awesome apparel producer and from there it should be in, in about 2 weeks. Once we receive the items our HTC staff will get it all ready for you and have it available at the next Sunday Service after we receive the items. You will be notificed when your HTC gear is ready to be picked up!
